"RESIDENCE Pelican was in an excellent location, within walking distance of attractions, restaurants, markets, the metro, a shopping centre, etc. The room was comfortable for a family of 4, with two comfy bunk beds, a double bedroom and a sofa bed. It had two bathrooms with rain showers. The wi-fi signal was good. It had a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a coffee machine. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay."

"The double room was a little warm. However, a fan was provided. We didn't find any cutlery, so we bought some to use. Other than that, everything was fine."

"The location is fantastic – right next to the Louvre, which made it super convenient for sightseeing. However, there’s no elevator, and our room was on the 3rd floor, so it may not be ideal if you’re not fit to carry your luggage upstairs. One issue we noticed was that a few people regularly gathered near the main entrance before dinner time to smoke weed. There are two doors leading into the building and up the stairs, but the smell often drifted inside and lingered in the stairwell. It was quite unpleasant at times. Great location overall."

"Highly recommend this really lovely property in a fantastic location - just a 5 minute walk to the Louvre with shops and great restaurants on the doorstep! We had a two bedroom apartment, both with ensuite, and sofa bed in the downstairs bedroom. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and storage for clothes and suitcases. Kitchen was well kitted out, coffee machine was great."
